One of the representative cocktails born in Japan.
Invented by Mr. Keiichi Iyama, who ran the bar coffee shop Kern in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture, and announced in 1959, it was the Grand Prix work of the Kotobukiya (now Suntory) Cocktail Contest.
Using vodka, which is a northern distilled liquor, the rim of the glass is sprinkled with white sugar in a snow style, and the overall color is also a cool color.
In 2018, a documentary film "YUKIGUNI" will be produced that follows Iyama's life and the secret story of the birth of the cocktail "Yukiguni".

It was devised by Mr. Tasaburo Tao, the owner of the bar "Paris" in Yokohama during the Taisho era.
As the name suggests, this cocktail is inspired by cherry blossoms.

Invented in 1889 (Meiji 22) by Mr. Louis Eppinger, an Englishman who was invited from San Francisco, USA as the general manager of the Yokohama Grand Hotel.
Shogo Hamada, who trained under Eppinger, worked at Tokyo Kaikan before serving authentic cocktails at Café Lion in Ginza. Many Japanese became familiar with cocktails, and the Million Dollar was especially popular.
Needless to say, it is popular with gamblers.

Invented in 1889 (Meiji 22) by Mr. Louis Eppinger, an Englishman who was invited as general manager of the Yokohama Grand Hotel.
It will be known all over the world via the customers who visited the Yokohama Grand Hotel and the Pacific Ocean route.
It is said that Louis Eppinger adapted a recipe for bamboo that originally existed in the United States.
The Yokohama Grand Hotel was destroyed by fire during the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, and is now the site of the Hotel New Grand.

A gin-based cocktail that was born at the Imperial Hotel in Japan in 1924, and the first original cocktail that was born at the Imperial Hotel.
